In this weeks episode, we will take a deeper look at perceptions, attitudes and language surrounding friendships and how we can shift from friendships as a supportive role in life to ones that are fully enriching on their own. In this episode, we will examine how behaviour manifests itself in various relationship structures but most notably, in romantic and sexual configurations. We will focus on how proponents of "healthy" hierarchy comes from the perspective of a core couple and rather takes into account those who benefit the least. And some helpful exercises to help shift language, labels and entanglement! It's a short one but well worth a listen!

In this episode, we unpack the many ways that our language and actions centre other people and/or relationship configurations over ourselves. It's important to see that centring yourself isn't selfishbut rather has us honouring our space while holding that space for others.
