Our Wellness Blueprint Podcast was started by two personal trainers who have been in the fitness industry for a combined of 10+ years and have knowledge in the field for 25+ years. We quickly realized that A LOT of people struggle to stay fit and healthy because they do not know the principles of training, health and well-being. When they do decide to get into it they usually go to the extreme and tend to fall out of routine and give up. This is the first mistake and that is why we are here. We want to teach and show people that having an active and healthy lifestyle is much easier than it looks and sounds. We cover all aspects of fitness and well being, not just the gym. We will discuss diets, training methods, psychology, well-being, motivation, life coaching, basic lifestyle changes that anyone can apply.
