Each week you will have the opportunity to ask a question or submit a topic through the direct messages on my Instagram @melaniegallagher_ and I will choose one each week and talk about it. The hope of this podcast is that you will feel empowered to go about your day with a positive mindset and reach the goals you want to accomplish. You are important. You have a voice that needs to be heard. You are capable of fulfilling your biggest dreams and making a positive impact in this world!
