Sometimes (who am I kidding...most of the time), being an adult means having to be your own parent and to keep yourself accountable for the important things. I have to be careful to catch myself from using trendy self care products- like drawing a bath and popping in a nice fizzy bath bomb to distract me from the ACTUAL self care that I need to be doing. Self care comes in more forms than I think we think about. Especially with markets today, capitalizing on this "self care" movement. In this episode I share with you what I consider to be true self care and how to balance both the fun and the not so fun self care routines needed to stay healthy, strong, and successful.

If your mind, body, and soul is your home-then they need to be set on solid ground. There will be storms in our life, but if we cannot weather them, we will crumble. I give you the tools that I use to keep my foundation sound no matter what is going on around me.
