Doing effective telehealth is much more than just spinning up a zoom call or picking up the phone and speaking with a patient. It’s a good start, but all that’s happening there is a replication of what happens in a bricks and mortar clinic during a consultation. Missing from that picture is all the monitoring that goes on - all of the insights that a clinician needs in order to make an informed decision or provide advice or even make a diagnosis. With more virtual care and telemedicine going on, having these indications provided to a clinician in a way they can rely on them is critical.   So in this episode today we’re going to explore this world of using bluetooth connected devices in remote monitoring for patients.
