This week we have the creators of the Snap Collar on to discuss their product before it launches on Kickstarter on October 13th, 2020. We had the pleasure of working with them early in the development stages of their design and used 3D printing and iterative design to fast-track their idea from paper to product. Iterative design is a core tenant in the New Space world, we see this concept in real life with SpaceX's Starship and the Falcon 9. Our 3D printing lab AG3D uses that concept to help people bring their ideas into reality. Neuralink is the obvious front runner, allowing us to interface with the brain at a level unheard of before. Lots of great things for those affected by blindness, deafness, paralysis, memory loss, and stroke complications. But it could be used for a lot of bad too, and we need to start thinking about it ahead of time. The tool called Neurolink is not good or bad, its how its used. This idea of not assigning intent to a tool brings me to the 9-11, and the devastating loss that so many experienced that day in 2001. We had a LIVE Launch Hangout for the Mars 2020 Perseverance Rover from Cape Canaveral in Florida from the comfort of the podcast studio. I know, a strange world we live in. And finally, we discuss Rocket Lab's anomaly and loss of payload that occurred on July 4th - a loss and a setback, but also a change to grow and change for the better. Rocket Project Update, Biosphere2, Europa Clipper freed of SLS(?), and RocketLab's Anomaly | TIS#208

This episode is a recap of the live Launch Hangout for the SpaceX launch of GPSIII-SV03 mission for the Space Force. It was the first mission that SpaceX has done for the new branch of the military, as the Space Force is starting to take over some of the responsibilities of the Air Force during this transition period.  As we found out during the launch, GPSIII-SV03 was dedicated to the memory of Col. Thomas G Falzarano, who unexpectedly passed away in May. We close this episode listening to part of the video made by Air and Space Force members close to the late Col. Falzarano.
