Hi, I'm Nah'Shon, and I'm currently active duty. While serving, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and while dealing with that sort of diagnosis, I found solace in blogging, podcasting, and producing. I'm in the process of losing my job after my organization found out I had a mental illness. After the initial shock, knowing I was going to lose my career, I decided to take matters into my own hands to change the narrative and culture surrounding mental health. Come join me as we collectively build a collation of voices to fight against the stigma! Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/theyoungandbipolar/support youngandbipolar.substack.com
