For years I was one of those people who woke up, threw a pot of coffee on and got to work immediately, however recently I changed it up. As of late I’ve had a bit of a ‘slower morning’ and got in the habit of journaling and I’ve got to say, it’s been absolutely incredible for my mental health as well as my sense of well-being.
