We sat down with Dr. Ashley and Sarah Armstrong, the Strong Sistas, to talk about their health journey and their most recent venture into regenerative agriculture. Their health journey has taken them from a predominantly plant-based diet to one that is based around animal foods. In the process, they’ve healed from eating disorders and autoimmune conditions.   Ashley received her PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Illinois and Sarah received her bachelors in Health Sciences & post grad studies in Integrative Nutrition. Recently, they’ve decided to drop their career plans, move out to a farm, and become first generation, regenerative, female farmers. Their mission is to improve human health and the health of the planet by changing the way food is grown & raised.   We cover: What’s going on in their life right now?
