Richard Goerling is the Founder of Mindful Badge, an organization that delivers evidence-based skills training to support the health, humanity and performance of first responders. Richard is also a retired police officer and military veteran, certified mindfulness trainer, and an NIH-funded co-investigator on research exploring mindfulness training and its impact on police officers.
