Today’s episode may be a quick one but it’s a powerful one packed with great information about how to push yourself beyond your edge, test your limits, and get to the next level in the process. While it’s not something we should be doing everyday, really pushing yourself beyond what you think you can do from time to time can have a profound impact upon your perception of your capabilities and your preparedness for challenging times. It’s something I build into my Mastermind and my own life, and I’m so excited to share with you all here today. I’ll start off by explaining what I mean by practicing ‘the splits’, and then look at how I use this as part of my goal-getting, taking action steps, and the ‘Brain Over Body’ study involving Wim Hoff. We’ll also explore how this exercise changes your perception, the power of ‘big ass challenges’, and how this information is applicable in all aspects of your life.
