Megan and Joey (who met at the gym and are now engaged!) share their personal and joint stories about strength, fitness, and life. Megan works in HR for the City of Norfolk, VA; and Joey is a Personnel Specialist Petty Officer 3rd class (PS3) in the US Navy.
