This week we interview Dana Jones. In this episode we talk about the future of racing in a COVID-19 world, what it's like to see someone cross the triathlon finish line for the first time, and her journey as an African American in the triathlon scene. Prepare for a few goosebumps, Dana is an inspiring woman. Dana is a certified personal trainer and triathlon coach. Throughout her life, she has been a bodybuilder, college athlete and athletic trainer, as well as fitness trainer.
