We are going to help you set up for success in finishing the last 90 days of 2019 as a goal getter! Last 90 Days of Goals: 1. 30 MINUTES OF MOVEMENT – New intentional movement for 30 minutes each day! 2. 3 GOALS - Write down 3 daily goals each day! 3. 3 MOMENTS OF GRATEFULNESS -Write down 3 things your grateful for each day! 4. CUT OUT 1 FOOD ITEM - Give up or cut out one food group or food item that keeps you from achieving physical and mental goals! 5. 3 AFFIRMATIONS - Each Day say 3 positive affirmations to you and for yourself *1 affirmation must be the same each day!
