Christmas is such a wonderful time of year and we want to be feeling our strongest and most energetic! However, we are tempted to indulge in rich, sugar-laden food which will leave us feeling exhausted and unhappy. There is a better way and so many wonderful alternatives that we can eat. Being mindful of what you prepare and eat will help a huge amount. In this podcast I give you four practical tips on how to live mindfully over this very busy, often fraught time.
