In this episode I interview Aniya Savage, a nomadic singer and performer based in London but with ties to Cardiff, Paris and various places around the world. She completed a solo tour called "Behind The Screens" in 2017 which focused on her music video for "Earthquakes" and is working towards new music in 2018. We discussed her struggles with mental health whilst studing architecture at university, her links with the Sofar Sessions movement as well as being an English girl in Paris and a Parisian girl in England. We also recorded her track "Riptide" which you can hear in the podcast and see via the Facebook page or on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bbv5Iqz4qQU Trigger warning: we discuss mental health, suicide & addiction in this podcast.
