Especially children that have a safe place to express, learn, take risks, go out of the comfort zone and be where they belong. Accepted, growing, happy, moving and developing those life mental, emotional and social skills. This way children and all other personel included like referees and volunteers get engaged and fortified for life. In this way children as athletes are developed as a part of a community with a mission and have a role to play in.
