This time it’s renowned sports rehabilitation specialist Lottie Bell, who reveals what (most of us) have been doing wrong in our Comrades prep, and what (some of us) definitely need to do to have a chance of making the start-line in South Africa in June. Mr Potato also puts in a brief appearance, although Frankie’s yet to be convinced by the nutritional benefits of this near perfect long-distance running snack.
