We enter into the double digit weeks with Bobby Holting who is the General Manager of Ultreia, a fine dining experience in Downtown Denver that specializes in Tapas, and overall Spanish cuisine. Recently Elmer and Jordan got to experience the restaurant and we all sit down in this episode to recap the experience, and talk a bit about what led Bobby to this unique position.
