George Osborne is most well known for being the Chancellor of the Exchequer, and David Cameron's right hand man. They have been close friends since their days at Oxford University, where they attended the infamous Bullingdon club. A controversial figure, he was famously booed at the London 2012 Olympics, and presided over divisive austerity measures during the depths of the 2008 global financial crises.
