This week, we have the absolute honour and pleasure of speaking with the founder and CEO of Paramount Fine Foods, Mohamad Fakih. He came to the country in the late 90's and never forgot how the smile of one Canadian made him feel welcome here, and now he gives back as much as he can to make sure others are as welcomed and fed.
