Touch on my Sober October, and how November is going so far, which has not been great. I discuss my problem with authority, my step-dad and the impact him leaving had on me. My mother and her pain, me not helping then or now and needing to grow up. I need to try to force my mind and thoughts to be more energetic and positive, something I'd like to hope is possible with practice.
