The holidays can be stressful and not just because you have to see your 100 relatives and buy gifts for everyone you've ever met, the holidays can be stressful for so many other reasons that have nothing to do with money or people and everything to do with the relationship that you have with food, your body and yourself and everyone deserves to have a December (and a life) that they actually enjoy living.
