Using the lessons from that purchase, they have grown their portfolio to 20 rental units in Baltimore with more on the way. In addition to their own investments, they started the NEXTgen Accelerator program to teach others to successfully invest in Baltimore. To date, NEXTgen participants collectively collect 1 million annually in rental income.
