Hey folks! Well no sooner do I make a commitment to do shorter shows than I have a need for a long format show. Once my friends or my wife are able to run/walk with me again the need to do longer shows here will evaporate but for today..... Well, yeah. It sounded good coming out of my mouth at any rate. This show is rated PG-13 btw. Enjoy!
