JP talks with Ryan Ketton on how to go from RainMaker Agent to Starting a Team Degree in Finance and Real Estate, Did appraisals a couple of years right after college and then worked in management for a few years before moving into the Healthcare sales field for about a decade. I then transitioned to the Director of Client Services for a startup Healthcare company for a year and a half before I started to some consulting work. One of those companies was a Real Estate Investment Company, which sparked my interest back in real estate.
