In Episode 8 of the Life of Tania Podcast, a solo episode, I discuss the most common myths and misconceptions about fitness, lifting weights, and exercise program design. Then I reveal the secrets of CrossFit that I’ve learned in over a decade as a CrossFit coach and affiliate.  I start off this episode by defining CrossFit, and dissecting all the things that are amazing about this fitness program. Then we review some of the. most common misconceptions our new members have about what workouts should feel like, how to implement strength and endurance work into a general fitness program and how training for life requires a different mindset than training for sport.I had a ton of fun recording this episode, it was all done in one take and so if you have any questions about these topics of if you would like me to elaborate, I’m more than happy to do so.
