Now that we have identified our needs and values (in episodes 2.7 and 2.8), I think it's the perfect time to provide some guidance regarding goal-setting.  If we want to be deliberate about creating a life around our values, then setting goals aligned to our values makes sense! This episode covers the process of aligning goals to values first, but then touches on a variety of approaches you can take to setting goals for yourself.
