Rob Sheahan's story is truly incredible. The recipient of Ireland's first double lung and liver transplant, Rob has cystic fibrosis and has spent his whole life battling the disease. As his condition worsened over the years, he decided to try strength training, which successfully improved his health and overall quality of life.
