In this episode, Colin and Elliot interview endurance athlete, Johnny Surprise. Johnny has battled addiction in his past and now serves as the NW Outreach Director and Coach in Minnesota. His extensive work in the behavioral health industry combined wit h his athletic pursuits of completing numerous Ironman triathlon and marathons make hi a perfect candidate to create the endurance needed to combat the ongoing addiction epidemic. Some of Johnny’s most successful projects have included multiple mobile tour campaigns for ABC Television and the Country Music Awards, as well as logistics coordination and sponsorship fulfillment for several Super Bowls, NCAA Final Four, Ironman Triathlon World Championships and Jim Rome World Tours. She is a physical therapist with over 10 years of experience in helping people feel and move better. Coach Colin just took one of her presentations and received several new posture and movement-based exercises. Her philosphy is to blend manual therapy techniques with a postural and momvent-based approach to help clients gain awareness of their bodies and move with less pain.
