We all have intrusive thoughts from time to time, sometimes it feels like every day. These can lead to us spiraling into a cycle of negative self talk. We often worry that we aren't making enough improvements to ourselves fast enough and we tend to obsess over that stuff because we think if we don't, then we'll always be bad people and no one will like us. #anxietyisabitch. Just try to remind yourself that it's OK to take a break from your brain sometimes. It's OK to not constantly worry about "Am I a good person?" Especially because, in all actuality, you probably are doing just fine, your brain is just trying to convince you that you aren't.
