What causes stress and anxiety?For most people, stress, and anxiety come and go. This has been a difficult year of constant change due to COVID adaptations.  In this episode, Carmen, Natalie, and Suzanne examine the difference between stress and anxiety, visualized on a spectrum, in green, yellow, and red zones. They explore the connection to the body; the importance of awareness; perceptual and practical tools that lead to change and positive mental health.
