Guy Branum is a stand up comedian and writer and is one the people I most love to hear on a show or a podcast. I was an avid listener of his previous podcast Pop Rocket and his stand up album Effable. We talk about getting to a point within a stand up career in which you know you can rely on your old tricks and how easy it is to not push yourself to grow. With that in mind, Guy has been getting out to open mics to grow, work out material and be a positive presence for those who may not feel comfortable in those spaces.
