How do you motivate people? It’s beyond carrots and sticks as Dan Pink describes in the book Drive and Dan Coyle details in The Culture Code. Together they identify purpose, mastery, autonomy and belonging as the keys to instrinsic motivation. I primarily work with corporate executives, but I also have a passion for personal leadership.
