Finally got this uploaded!Jason has been with us for a long time and he understands better than most people in this world that health care is done in the gym. Jason's journey has had many ups and downs. He got to a point where chiropractic visits were becoming FAR too frequent. Slipped ribs weekly, back pain frequently. Now he spends very little time, if any at his chiropractor's office. We assessed flexibility, mobility, and then structural balance. We found pretty significant issues with structural imbalance which was lending to his symptoms and well rounded CrossFit programming was not going to serve those asymmetries. He needed to do what was right for him as an individual. He showed mental toughness in CrossFit. That isn't continuing to grind despite discomfort... This is making the CHOICE that leaving the "fun" thing to work on yourself and bring some balance back to your body.
