Emmet Brennan is an Irish International Boxer. He is also a 2 time National Elite Champion. He is currently on the road to the Olympics in Tokyo 2020+1. Emmet talks us through the importance of following a process, having a good routine/structure in place and overall having a strong mindset for his performance.
