If you listened to last week’s episode, you heard me mention that a woman had DM’d me concerned about letting go of macros and so this week we are talking with her. (how am I feeling?) You only really have to do this for a week and you’ll become more intuitive Bio:My name is Paige Butler. My fiancé and I live in Colorado Springs where we own a gym. I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified personal trainer and practice independently out of the gym. I played D1 college soccer, competed in Iromans and bodybuilding competitions so fitness has always been a huge part of my life and passion! My mom was the main reason I took such a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle because she was an amazing athlete and we enjoyed working out together and competing in triathlons. About 5 years ago she riding her bike when was hit by a drunk driver and killed. We had plans to do an Ironman together when I graduated with my doctorate.
