Join me on BenTheLifeCoach Radio Show! It may sound weird but a lot of us are more afraid of getting our hearts broken than we are of catching a sexually transmitted disease. Sex “feels good” (most of the time lol) and can be a great stress reliever and an exciting contact sport for consenting adults, however it is not always so easy to “hit it and forget it” when dealing with the chemical exchange or even deeper, the "soul ties." No one has the right to judge anyone else for their sexual practices but we must exhibit personal responsibility and practice proper judgement for ourselves. If we’re not emotionally developed and/or mentally capable of managing our psychological selves, how careless might we end up being with our sexuality? Let’s ask ourselves, “We are we sexually promiscuous but emotionally celibate?” “The World Health Organization defines sexual health as a state of physical, emotional, mental and social well-being in relation to sexuality (http://www.cdc.gov/sexualhealth/default.html)” We’ve socially accepted all kinds of sexual behavior but the question stands, have we attempted to disassociate the physical practice of sex from our emotional and mental state?
