In this episode I cover something that a lot of people deal with when they start their journey. Normally when starting your journey people will focus on cardiovascular work and this is very important but we need to be providing the muscles with a stimulus as it will not get an adequate stress from cardiovascular work which is more energy based. Focusing on weight training is very important to ensure we have the body shape we desire at the end of the journey and also to ensure we maintain a higher metabolic rate at the end of it.
