It's a classic episode of Right at the Fork with Cory Schreiber. Cory Schreiber opened Wildwood back in 1994, and rapidly became a leader in the region’s bustling culinary scene, even winning the James Beard Award in 1998 for Best Chef Pacific Northwest. After leaving in 2007, his path took him to the Oregon Department of Agriculture, to now working as a chef with Sysco Systems.
