Many times we feel like the road to recovery is an endless dark tunnel of gloom and despair. Some give up or exit the tunnel too early, off to yet another scenic detour, unwilling to be with the darkness anymore. I believe that the light at the end of the tunnel is alive and well, and it is within you, and you have it in you to connect with that light. Stay the course. The Light is here. You are it.
