Resourcing So much of what we need to heal trauma and overcome anxiety we already have access to. The key is to bring awareness to those internal and external resources. Internal example is one hand over our heart and one on our belly and bringing our awareness to our breathing.  An external resource could be a hug from a friend or another person we trust.  Stop a moment and consider all the resources you have available to you.
