Shannon is on to something really big. When you work with nutrition in the context of life and what creates WELL-th, it becomes transformational and sustainable. Shannon was a gymnast - a really, really exceptional gymnast who was on the US National Team and one of few to be inducted into the University of Utah's Crimson Club Hall of Fame. In reaching that level of achievement and beyond, she tested all the waters of what it takes to create meaningful, lasting success. What she discovered was that no one else's secret to success was her secret to success. She had to unlock that on her own, and so do you. What she did uncover was the magic of the "process" of discovering your own secret sauce and the essential elements that support that process. She calls them her 7 pillars, and we LOVE them.
