We can’t help but trace back to when Ali The Soulful Poet talked us through his challenges coming up in his life. Today we all face challenges. We are struck by a global pandemic, quarantined and forced to stay in lock down. These efforts have helped flatten the curve but while that was happening, our society was brewing with anger and dismay. The primal savagery of people has surfaced and now we lick our wounds and hope to rebuild. Ali in this podcast talks about not allowing the exterior negativity infiltrate the interior.
