Let me be honest with you. I’ve thought about starting my own firm because who doesn’t want the freedom to create your own schedule? But I didn’t even entertain the idea because of my own beliefs about how hard it would be. I was like of COURSE I would never start my own firm. I don’t have years of experience under my belt.
