In this episode I virtually sit down with online therapist and digital nomad Dr. Therese Mascardo @exploring.therapy. We talk about what it means to offer teletherapy and ways to make therapy more accessible. We also explore the ways that therapists are showing up in the digital arena in platforms like Instagram.
