Road trips and Keto is an exploration of life in Jamaica by this 50 year old professional, wife and mother. I share my thoughts on life in Jamaica today and my own "livity", including my weight loss transformation and lifestyle changes I've made. I tell the stories of everyday people who inspire me. I speak about all things keto, in a Caribbean context of course, and how this low-carb way of eating has changed my life.
