In the Week 10 Meditation episode of the Keyholder Course, we practice the technique of Spinal Alignment. Regarding our meditation connection, we  bring social wisdom into our practice resulting in the developing and/or strengthening of six qualities, along with a 'pleasing' acronym to make them easy to recall.
