Anxiety is an intense emotion of Fear. Where does this Fear come from? Why do we fear the future, why do we fear rejection or abandonment, why do we fear what people think about us. Where does this insecurity come from, this unworthiness. The self doubt, we live in a society that teaches us to please others early in childhood, so we don't feel safe so we start fearing the future. The answer is becoming aware of our deep subconscious beliefs and change the patterns, then we can live a more joyous and blissful life and have deeper more meaningful experiences and relationships.
