In today's episode we are sharing practical scenarios and practical situations of what would be a friend that you wouldn't want to have and what would a good friend say that you do want to keep around. I know we might get a few comments about this episode but this is so important when you are working to be better in life, better in health, a better spouse.  We all have people in life that are just not good for us in certain situations but we never talk about this subject. Do you have clear boundaries for everything in life? Do you have low confidence?  If you do, it will be harder to maintain your boundaries and say no to the things that do not fit your goals. So a good friend is one that respects your boundaries... Are you having conversations to set expectations of the day or the week or anything that you are trying to accomplish?  These conversation can really set the tone and allow your good friends to prove the respect that they have for you. Are your friends providing you with positive energy?  Are they staying away from the drama? Are you afraid of not having friends and so you tolerate actions from a friend that you know you shouldn't?
